With over 100 film and television roles in a career spanning three decades, Simon Reynolds has realized a broad range of acting accomplishments. Major film credits include memorable roles opposite Julianne Moore in Prizewinner, Michael Douglas in The Sentinel and Dennis Quaid and Sharon Stone in Cold Creek Manor. Other film credits include Traitor, Dark Water, Saw IV, P2 and Extreme Measures. Reynolds created remarkable characters Steve Goldstein in Showtime’s critically-acclaimed Street Time and Daniel Dickinson in FX’s Warehouse 13. In 2023, Simon played fiery Tennessee litigator Ray Jenkins in Showtime’s Fellow Travelers and Alzheimer’s patient Dad in Kazik Radwanski’s critically-acclaimed indie film Matt & Mara.
Reynolds is also a writer, director and producer. His feature film debut Only premiered at TIFF and festivals worldwide, including Cinema di Roma and Slamdance, as well as retrospectives in Milan and at the MOMA NY. He recently produced the shorts Orphans & Triage and is developing several feature and television projects - the comedy horror Shade Hawk, sci-fi drama Roseland - and television series Dillinger.
Simon lives in a cozy little studio in the Roncy district in Toronto, but likes spending time in NY, LA and especially Kerala, India - where he practices meditation, yoga and engages in volunteer work.
